Fishing Destinations Pricing What to bring

Riverina Sportfishing operates a 4.1m Polycraft Challenger powered by a 40hp Honda engine and a 55lb Minn Kota electric motor. The boat is in NSW Maritime 2E Survey  (registration 22699) for up to three clients, however two clients is optimal.

The equipment supplied for use by our clients is of the highest quality ensuring that your experience isn't tarnished by faulty tackle.

Day trips are nominally 10 hours and half day trips 5 hours, however if one day isn't enough and you want an extended fishing adventure, please contact us for options and availability. Gift vouchers are available.

Check the calendar to select a suitable date(s).

Each trip departure is generally from Wagga Wagga, with pick and drop-off available, or we can meet at a pre-determined destination. Accommodation can be arranged on request.

Lunch, morning tea, coffee/tea, soft drinks, water, and a photographic record of your day are included with your booking fee. Note also that Riverina Sportfishing has a NSW Fisheries exemption (FL 070064) so no fishing licence is required.

For a day on the water with Riverina Sportfishing you will need:

  • Hat

  • Sunglasses (polarised lenses are ideal)

  • Suitable clothing (to protect from sun, rain, cold, wind)

Riverina Sportfishing is primarily a lure fishing experience targeting Murray cod and golden perch, however we inadvertently catch the protected trout cod. For the months May-August inclusive, crayfishing tours are a specialty.

Riverina Sportfishing promotes and supports catch and release in order to preserve our native species for future generations.
